1What are your opening hours?
Opening hours are Monday to Saturday 7.30 - 22.30 and on Sundays 9.00 - 19.00
2Do you provide home delivery service?
We provide FREE prescription medication home delivery service to Fordingbridge, Downton, Ringwood, Cranborne, Verwood, Alderholt, Godshill, Wimborne, Rockbourne, Stuckton, Damerham and surrounding areas.
3Do you have an area where I can consult with the Pharmacist privately?
Yes. We have a consultation room where you can discuss your problem in complete privacy. If you would like to see the Pharmacist in private, please inform a Medicines Counter Assistant. At busy times, it may be necessary to wait for a short while to see the Pharmacist.
4Do you provide a repeat prescription collection service?
Yes we do. We collect prescriptions daily from local surgeries. If you would like us to order your repeat medication, please drop a recent repeat medication request list into the Pharmacy. Telephone us a week before your medication is due to run out and we'll order the items you need, collect your prescription(s) and have it dispensed ready for collection. Please ask in the Pharmacy for more information on this service. You will need to complete an authorisation form before using this service. Click here to download a copy of this form.
